La fritura la mezclas con lo que preparamos en el bol, y se lo echas por encima y luego queso rallado por encima y un poco de orégano.
  4. Lo introducimos en el horno precalentado a 170-180º, hasta que se dore y cuaje. Como siempre, le puedes poner lo que quieras, o si no quieres hacer fritura, pues lo echas todo en crudo en la nata. Hay que tener cuidado al partirla, porque como ya sabemos, los champiñones sueltan agua.
