Ponemos en una cazuela la leche, el arroz, una rama de canela y media vaina de vainilla, si no tenéis ponerle vainilla líquida, la primera vez que lo hago así y queda bien, pero un pelín dulce.. de ahí que controléis el azúcar a gusto. Añadimos la corteza de limón y la de naranja. Remueve y deja cocinar, a fuego suave, durante 40-45 minutos. Remueve cada 4-5 minutos para que no se pegue.
  2. Cuando el arroz con leche adquiera una textura melosa, agregamos el azúca, yo utilizo de abedul... es más sana, tolerada por diabéticos y no pica los dientes... Removemos y dejamos cocinar un poco más (5-10 minutos).
    Retiramos la canela, la vainilla y las cortezas de naranja y de limón. Dejamos enfriar y repartimos en 4 copas o en una bandejita. Espolvoreamos con canela por encima y servimos.
    Decorar las copas de arroz con leche con unas hojitas de menta. A gusto.
