- Despu茅s moler la salsa en la licuadora, colar y guardar la salsa para agregar una hora antes de que est茅 la carne, abrir lata de ma铆z y colar tambi茅n se agregar despu茅s de la salsa. De sugerencia agregar el grano cuando est茅 la carne porque el grano ya est谩 precocido.



- El ajo 馃 primero le agreg贸 1 y despu茅s que est茅 muy aguado lo cambio y pongo el otro para evitar que se despedace y le de m谩s sabor, as铆 debe de estar la cebolla 馃 y el ajo 馃 aguados y los quitas. Agregas la salsa y dejas la carne a fuego lento para que se integre. Yo no m谩s puse agua hasta que cubri贸 la carne 馃ォ.



- Cuando la pata de puerco 馃惙 est茅 blandita puedes agregar el grano. Y dejar que el grano termine de cocer. Muchos le ponen or茅gano pero yo no encontr茅 or茅gano en el mercado, si quieres agregarle se puede poner en la salsa en la licuadora una pizca. Si pones or茅gano no pongas clavos de olor..



- Acompa帽ar con verdura, totopos, salsa, yo no hice salsa porque a mi familia no le gusta ya es opci贸n de ustedes. Gracias



- Esos son los clavos de olor le puse 4 no mas y lo licu茅 con los chiles y cole la salsa. tambi茅n puse dos cabezas de ajo porque le puse una y no sab铆a ajo pero si le pones una y agarra sabor ya no le pongas otra por favor.
