- Recuerda sacar el pollo para desmenuzarlo (o la carne que uses). Agregar a la olla para que hierva el caldo de pollo, el maíz, y la mezcla de chile.
- En la tela o manta cielo, amarra el tomillo que quede como una bolsa para que no se caiga la hierba. Métela a la olla para que hierva. Sazona de sal.
- Déjalo hervir hasta que el maíz pozolero reviente bien y esté suave. Lo puedes hacer en olla exprés, en la estufa o en un anafe.
