  4. Ponemos una olla al fuego, cuando esté caliente agregamos un chorrito de aceite y doramos un poquito el pollo. Una vez dorado incorporamos los ingredientes licuados, no olvides enjuagar tu licuadora con caldito de pollo. Recuerda que el encacahuatado debe quedar un poquito espeso. Te sugiero cuidar la cantidad de caldo que utilices, revisamos que la cantidad de sal sea la ideal, lo tapamos y dejamos hervir por 5 minutos a fuego lento.
