- Aquí tenemos los ingredientes de la salsa:
- Lava los tomates y los chiles. Ponlos a cocer en 2 tazas de agua.
- Sólo deja el pollo en el fuego unos 20 minutos. Con unas pinzas saca pieza por pieza y échalas a donde está el maíz ya cocido.
- En esa misma olla, cuela el caldo en que se coció el pollo.
- En la licuadora pon el cilantro previamente lavado, los ajos, el óregano, los chiles y tomates cocidos, junto con su agua de cocción. Muele bien.
- Vacía esta salsa al pozole. Agrega el consomé.
- Deja que hierva a fuego bajo unos 20 minutos. Prueba la sazón.
- Sirve caliente, acompañado de repollo picado, cebolla, rábanos, limón. Delicioso!!!
