- 10 a 12 chiles colorados guajillo
- 1 chile ancho (opcional)

- 1/4 cucharada pimienta
- 1 cubo Consomé de pollo
- al gusto Sal

- al gusto Totopos o tostadas

- Enjuagar bien el maíz, poner a cocer con la cebolla y el ajo, pasado 60 a 90 minutos añadir el pollo.
- Hidratar los chiles en agua hirviendo, una vez que estén suaves licuar con 1 pizca de comino, 1 pizca de orégano, 1 pizca de sal, pimienta, la cebolla y solo 1/2 cabeza de ajo (misma que se usó para el maíz) colar la salsa e incorporar al pozole, dejar hervir hasta que empiece a reventar el grano sazonar de nuevo si es necesario (especias) integrar el consomé de pollo y sal al gusto. Dejar hervir unos minutos más Y listo 👌
